I'm thinking more along the lines of...
ok... please give me some feedback
i bought this suit on a whim today
yay or nay?
my other suits are all solids - navy, charcoal, and midnight blue ... so this is a far departure from my normal wear
Spoiler: Warning: Spoiler!
The fit of the Charcoal one is outstanding. Its almost touching the realm of perfection. You sir and DocHolliday are in a league of your own. Perhaps 10 years of trial and error will get me there, I hope.
Thank you for the advice, sir! I got that suit via the J.Press warehouse sale and that was its debut. I'll do better next time.
Apologies for the lack of pocket square!
Who is John Galt and who will be playing the part of Dagny Taggart?
That should cover my needs. What will the other twelve of us do?
Possibly the last time a tie was worn on Catalina:
Actually, this was probably the last time but it was just a movie and therefore doesn't count:
Is this cloth from Ariston?
Move the ticket patch down only exposing it by 1" to 1 1/2" and move it forward by one stripe in the cloth pattern. It will create a look of belonging rather than the pocket is trying to jump out and escape.
could be great could be terrible. without a fit pic there is no way to tell.
Yes, this is from Ariston!
Hm, I want to use both pockets, so I think it may become to bulky when I have my phone inside the ticket and other stuff in the the other pocket, when the ticket is moved deeper inside.
I like that the distance between the edges of the patches works nicely as a reminscence of a regular ticket pocket, it is similar to the spacing between the jets of a normal one.
Though I think that on a plain fabric this patch ticket would probalby look a bit better with your suggestion (the small check makes it almost dissappear from a distance).
Here is a cloe up shot of it, it shown only a small piece of the larger patch:
