Derek, I generally like your fits, the above one included. However, I have often wondered how your fits would look if your trousers were a bit less tapered. Maybe its a personal preference (i.e. for my own pants) but I feel your fits would look even better if the leg opening was a bit wider. I had a number of similarly tapered pants but have recently started preferring a slightly more relaxed fit (especially knee downwards - if that makes sense).

Move the buttons out a bit and I think you can really change the roll on that shirt if you like. I'm no tailor, but physically, anyway, it makes sense to me.

Just curious...are you originally from the United States or Great Britain?

Well I think you got your shirt collar height and spread / tie knot / PS nailed now. Very Good!!

The only thing i would change is the length of your blazer / SC.
I know that is not going to happen until the next time you buy one. :)

Victor, did you have the darts added to that sweater to get it to fit like that?

Victor, your casual outfits are always interesting, this one is no exception. Is that a waxed cotton coat?

Thanks PS, the jacket is slightly off, and not the best fit since I've had it made (I put on few pounds and it did alter the balance a bit, but only enough for the folks here to notice. Otherwise I'd have Frank alter it, but I don't notice it so much, and I find once a bespoke garment is altered it isn't quite the same on the person it was made for. As nii suggested, it may simply have needed a pull down as it was a very long day, and the pants definitely needed a pull up. As far as casual/formal, its something that I wanted to try, think of it more as a Blazersuit, which is why I chose the lighter colored buttons. I'll be wearing the pants again this week with something else so we can get a better idea of the fit then. I like the idea of the shirt and tie you suggest, and I'll give it a shot at some point, and the color shoes was prob not the best decision looking back.

    Quoted for awesomeness.
