can you explain what you mean here matt?

If I remember correctly Matt always talks about how the clothes are too tight, and since Nii has a larger head than some and he prefers the shoulders on his SC's etc. to be less wide, it can look disproportional. (not my words, I like Nii's bold look more often then not, I would prefer too small/tight to too large) At least this is what I have picked up from the back and forth. Or mostly just Matt commenting and Nii ignoring him. I would guess Nii has him blocked. :p

I could be way off here :thumbs-up:

Hmmm. I don't recall that one. You may be thinking of this one:

"I can't wear pink! Everyone at work wears white! I'm not popular enough to be different."

the win in this is that there actually is a homer simpson quote that fits.

i was under the impression that "true story" at the end of a sentence means the exact opposite these days.

I don't have a preference between too tight and too big, I just think a lot of people mistake fit for tight. My own clothes are pretty darn trim, but not tight. Anyway, yeah, the fit he prefers makes him look like he has a huge head, tiny shoulders and a big belly. That isn't a particularly good look, and while we all have our own shape, we can dress around it without disguising who we are. I hope he doesn't have me on ignore, because I am trying to instruct him on some ways he could improve.

I have definitely done the above before. A while back GQ told readers to size down on suits/SCs until they did not fit, then go one up.

There's ways around that.

oh come on guys ... you know me well enough. i have always said using the ignore function is for females ... i will never put anyone on ignore ... no matter how i feel about them. i have seen too much in life to be affected by people i don't know, who i won't ever hang out with, whose opinions mean nothing to me.

needless to say my big head and i are hanging out in Buenos Aries right now with beautiful models who are saying things i can absolutely not understand ....

Yeah im not too sure what it is. I got the jacket in Germany at the Hugo Boss store and it was fine. However, as I have been losing weight I also go to the gym a lot and I find my shoulders and much bigger then they were. Not quite too sure what to do.
Theres a picture from the back. I think it may be too tight in the shoulders and the cut is very trim in the waist thats why it comes down sharply at the stomach.

I have been lurking here on and off for years, and I'd like to say that I liked some of your older style more than your current style. I appreciate it's more work-appropriate for you and you're more comfortable in it, but ... some of your older stuff, when it worked, was more fun and interesting. And you were able to pull it off. Just saying.
So, which did you prefer: snakeskin boots, or Bavarian manatee ****** lapelled jacket?

My 2nd attempt @ WAYWRN; need some insight for my did-wells and next-times :)

Just got home from the office:

Suit: Lutwyche
Shirt: Charvet (light pink)
Tie: Isaia 7fold
Shoes: Moreschi suede captoe

*I was slouching big time on the first pic :( and the color of the lighting in my dining room is yellow so I had to 'try' and correct it without much luck.
