Thanks; it's quite a cool day today (max probably about 17-18C, which is less than 65F) and drizzling with rain most of the day too, so a warmer suit was in order. The tie was a bit brighter, because, well, it is supposed to be August and I suppose it was my plea to the heavens for some sunshine... ;)

This? This is exactly how I would dress if I had my druthers.** Love the dark colors with the splash of blue - exactly the kind of thing that makes me smile. Especially with those shoes. Totally killer.

**I work in a business where dressing in a suit is actually inappropriate in the extreme. ;)

Shirt is 100% plain wihtout any weird textures or shadowstripes.

The offending shirts are all from my first venture into custom shirting, when I thought I had to do something "different" to make getting custom shirts worth it, hence the jacquards.

They're at a point now, though, where the collars and cuffs are quite worn. I am considering having them replaced with white broadcloth, but I am not sure if it's worth it.

And these shoes are going to need a resole soon too.

Please don't spend anymore money on them. Burn them in a ritualistic bonfire and send them off to jacquard heaven.

Luft, agree about the shirts (of course) but your shoes are fine. Big American Shoes go well in you Big American Office.

That's right! Thank you! This is an old photo, later removed the gates of the problem. In the fall, as it will wear over a coat - make sure to count.

In some of his jacket - the same problem. However, many of these ushibki already adjusted. And with many more work to do.

    Thank you!

Your current combination I liked (the fit-your attitude and style - I understood, so I will not discuss). The color combination - a great, things in themselves - are also very good.

Very, very bold costume, and very bright, but he comes to you! I like it!

Victor, that is your best jacket. Those socks need to find their way into the trash can.
