1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I am fond of several sports, what is an amateur, what is a semi-professional. This is just my hobby.

In some species I have achieved more or less success, competing at a decent level, but it was not the goal, but simply as a result of training.

No one likes my shoes. These today have been beat to hell and already resoled.

I live in the city and walk everywhere. I almost always wear gunboats for practicality. I have a few pairs of single soled shoes, but they quickly age because I walk much.

Unless someone is going to gift me G&Gs or Vass, I'll stick with my beaters.

Apologies in advance for the public praise, but I think this is one of your best, Lufty. I'm especially fond of the tie/PS pairing.

To show how we dress in other parts of the world, e.g. rural China. It's probably against the SF groupthink, but then that's not real life.

Nope, it was what I was wearing today, as per the thread's title.

A sense of adventure, plenty of good work here, plus I got bored of hanging around with a load of expats who like to drink all the time. Turns out it's the best thing I've ever done in my life, treated like a VIP, I don't regret it at all. I intend to stay here for the foreseeable future. :)

I like the colour of your shirt and also the way it is buttoned.

i actually wearing shirts on the large side. So I tend to buy them a bit oversized.

Where? I see the thread's title "HOF: What Are You Wearing Right Now - Part III" and Mr'K's first post (the OP) wearing a sport jacket, open necked shirt and denim jeans, a casual outfit. BTW that shirt is classic and traditional, classic and traditional for this part of the world. :teach: Clothing and styles can be somewhat different outside of the United States.

Normally I teach in a large Mongolian state school. At the moment I'm doing 'summer camp' at a private school(elementary level). The kids loved that the englishman was wearing a traditional Chinese style shirt(I've got three of them), as do the locals.

Here's some pics of the 'day job'. :)

School website: http://xmmgzzx.com.cn ...all in Chinese of course.

A piece of recent propaganda that I approve of.

It means 'Love your teacher'. That's something which dosen't often happen in the UK.

I think I know who you mean, he often posts to AAAC. I haven't worn high rise trousers since the 1970s.

As SF's resident pimp from Harlem, I resent that.

We're all liberal weenies up here. You won't see us wearing fur for fear of being beaten up by PETA.

    +1, but nice with it!

Beautiful combinatin', Spoo! Post it in CBD.

Knocked it out of the park, Lufty.

The waist suppression is maybe a bit high, but a nice, conservative fit.

    Plaid waistcoat is the shit.
