You're absolutely right. These are no "serious" chinos, actually I don't like to wear them in a more formal setting like this one. The leg opening is too narrow, they look silly without a crease... My "serious" dress chinos have a larger leg opening, creases and proper cuffs.

You don't like bile-green? I worry about you sometimes...

I quite like it against navy suits in warm weather, especially with the navy splodges (?flowers) it has. But then again, I wore green & gold coloured turtle cufflinks today as well, so I have a somewhat skewed sense of humour.
