1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

"Slim fit" is quite relative and subjective. I agree with Pingson and think your suit is fine as it is, pleats and all. You could perhaps taper the trousers a smidgen, which might get you closer to the look you're after. At any rate, wear a belt. I dislike belts with suits, but if your trousers have beltloops, you need one.

Calypso, I think that the square provides a little too much pop relative to the sedateness of everything else. Had there been something else slightly less sedate (though not as eye catching) somewhere else in the fit, I think it would have worked better. It could be more color or a pattern somewhere.

    Definitely not dated looking.

NYI, colours are lovely, but I am not a fan of peaked lapels on what is clearly a casual jacket (casual fabric, patch pockets) - seems incoherent to me. And oh, you forgot to buckle you shoes :nodding:

Your shirt collar could use some bones. They don't need to be the stiff ones necessarily just something that provides a modicum of shape.

Perhaps you could have the legs tapered slightly - lotta room from the thighs down.

    Lovely jacket. Nice tie.

Those trews rok, but not with this jacket so much. Calls for slightly more textured IMO
You're getting the DB tapered at the waist IIRC?

    Lapels + tie [IMG]

Really nice suit. Dig the texture.

From a guy who likes Che Guevara, I expect that he dislike any kind of suits.

Eventually, all those slim suits will look dated and stupid. For now, they only look stupid.

Those Epaulet nori pants are awesome, but it wouldn't hurt if you let them out a bit in the thighs. There should be a little extra fabric. I've done the same with mine, and it looks a bit better and feels much more comfy.

I try to do that too. But you seem to have more success.
