Foxx's companion looks like she's about give his boys a punch in that first picture. What did you do to piss her off?

Stitchy, I am a white-shirt partisan, so I take no issue with your choice today (or cp's for that matter).

Thanks for the thumbs yesterday, really appreciate it.

Well, @tchoy rejected by green jacket challenge idea, but I thought I would break this one out anyway seeing as The Masters starts today:

I eschewed a tie today as I don't normally wear one on Thursdays, but does anyone have any thoughts as to what tie (if any) would work with this getup?

Drakes cotton hankies puff quite well, and usually have vibrant summer colours. I wouldn't pay £50 for a cotton hanky, but I might get some on sale later this year.

    GREAT NEWS!!

    ---

as to PSs, i have only 1 white PS, its the one folded in my fit today, and its the same one in all my fits that have a plain white PS. its 100% cotton from kamakura and i think it looks splendid folded. i even used it once kind of puffed kind of just a mess for the italian CBD challenge, and i think it worked flawlessly there too.

wool/silk PSs are the best PSs in the world.

I am not a fan of this jacket. It's too busyIt could be simpler (no gold buttons, no flap pockets, no thick piping) and looks dated. I'd like it better if it had softer shoulders and less obnoxious buttons. Also, preferably, simple patch pockets.

That's a tough one. Pink, royal/light blue come to mind, but might be hard to pull off with the blue shirt and probably wouldn't be ideal. Maybe a brown or burnt orange knit?

I believe you wear a polo with that jacket, right after you come off the 18th green at Augusta. People don't wear those anywhere else, right?

If you're at a country club...its just right...

I think it all depends on how you intend to use that jacket...

Thank you YRR92 for the comments. I agree with everything you've said and I really should've worn a silk tie and white PS.

My office at times is very business casual and I do find myself as the only one usually wearing suits, so at times, to my detriment I've tried to make my look more casual by inserting certain casual elements.

I will admit I need to acquire more formal watches and as for the tie knot, these suit supply ties really make for iffy FIH or even DFIH so the half windor was the only knot that actually looked as it should. They are not my favorite but had to make do.

Thank you for the honest critique and I will continue to fine tune my direction of coherent fits.

Yes, I can. This character is not endemic to that movie, however.

There are a few places to get fun, casual, cotton pocket squares in vibrant colours, and interesting patterns, for under $20. I'm sure the quality is less than one that costs £50, but I think for a less versatile item, that's as much a whim, as anything, going for the inexpensive option is probably a good way to go.
