1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I was gifted this amazing silk PS from a dear friend. It belonged to her father and is from the 1930's. Super thin, hand printed with handrolled edges.

And here's my look is not finished yet ... it is a very old vintage silk jacket. He has more than 50 years that piece of silk. The tie is obviously a bespoke Passaggio Cravatte. And the shirt is always a bespoke D'Avino.

What did I miss? Had no internet since Thursday because of downed lines and given the pace of this thread, catching up is not in the cards.

I got it from Loathing. I mentioned I admired it in the Good Taste thread, and I suppose he was lurking because a few minutes later he messaged me saying that he had one that he never wears and to make him an offer or possible a trade. As it turned out, he really didn't need any more ties, so he offered it to me for shipping. I turned him down, of course, and counter offered a "Korean Care Package" (I realize that the quotations make it seem like I bought him a high end hooker) composed of some high end soju and some soju glasses, a pocket square, and ramen.

My best SF experience to date.
