1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Haven't posted any fitpics in a while, because just like HF and some others I'm having problems with this season's poor lighting. Anyway, today's challenge insipired me to take some pics. The navy blazer has quite some texture in real life, but I doubt I'd wear that combination.

    I present: 2 vests, 1 suit (and 1 blazer)

Thanks! Nope, it's a Suitsupply Lazio, Carlo Barbera cream flannel! It's a wonderful fabric, but I'm not sure whether you could actually source it if you wanted to go MTM/bespoke.

Lol. S/S, that was my second thought. Thanks! Maybe there's hope after all for my journey towards better dressing options. Could order directly but would have to pay 40% non-refundable customs here. And that could turn out to be one expensive T&E exercise.

Cleav, I think your stroller could have worked nicely if the black jacket had a rougher texture. As it is, it's a bit too polished for the tweed.

    Good to see you, Gnatty!

SF probably doesn't love yellow shirts, but it does love black knit ties. Normally, I aim for more difference between square and jacket, but I think this looks okay.

I don't mind the yellow shirt, but the fit on that jacket isn't too great and I'd crease those trousers.

Jacket can be made to photograph better when I have time for more takes:

... but the truth is in between the two.

The trousers had a crease this morning, but I didn't wail on 'em enough for it to stick.

Really nice fit MF. Not MTM off the Lazio (if they do that), but OTR Lazio?

Thanks, Tweedy! Yep, OTR, only had the sides taken in the tiniest bit. I gained some weight over the holidays, but it'll fit perfectly if I lose about 5 pounds.
