Who is the jacket? The colors are fantastic and I love textures on everything

Jacket is zegna. Wool/cotton/cashgora/angora mix. Soft as buttah.

OK, Mr, Butch, if it's a navy suit challenge you want, it's a navy suit challenge that you get - the conservative business dress content (or lack thereof) I leave to the discretion of the viewer (assuming he or she has any).

Please note that no ***** were given, bought, sold, traded, or otherwise conveyed during the construction of this fit.

Suit - BB MTM
Shirt - Hilditch & Key
Tie - Tyrwhitt
Cufflinks - BB
Shoes - Harris, via Barney's NYC
Topcoat - JAB
Scarf - Fortnum & Mason
Hat - Selentino, via JJ Hat Center

Lovely, DerekS!

Would have gone with lighter grey trousers to balance out the pocket square a bit personally.

I've always wondered, how do you guys determine fit when all you see is barly half of his torso, a raised arm, and a cockeyed tie? Because to my eye, the right shoulder, which is all you can see in this picture really, looks to be a little large. But it could be how he's holding the camera.

Shoulder extension (up to a certain point, obviously) is a stylistic choice. Really, it doesn't seem excessive in that picture. Fit is determined by whether the armhole sits at the right place or not.

I don't claim to be an authority on anything, but I personally don't like his outfit there for a lot of reasons.

I very rarely think you are wrong, but here, I have to say that you are. It's a simple, classic combination anchored by a beautifully-made suit. The outrageous lining is something that, in general, only the wearer will know about and enjoy. I really don't see how you can have a problem with the suit. The only thing I think you are correct about is the braces - but then, like the lining they aren't supposed to be seen either.
