Cheers guys, the boots are by J.FitzPatrick. Beautiful shoes, very well made, and for a very reasonable price. This is my second pair of shoes by Justin, and they're both great!

The Men's Wearhouse by me doesn't carry this jacket. I. Is. Sad. You must get an employee discount and access to special stuff.

Looking great, Stitch, love that jacket.

Monkey - those boots are pretty recognisable. Didn't you get the blue monks too? I'm curious as to how they fit; I generally need some width across the toes and Justin has weird little thin elf feet - how are yours?

Butch, you're looking fly. As for the lapel, that's an interesting and valuable observation: this jacket's off the peg (Canali), and either way I'd never really thought about it as it's a three button so I guess I just didn't notice the width so much on a shorter lapel. But now you mention it, it might piss me off just a little. Which is a shame because I love this jacket. Asshole. :)

I have the exact same suit, and the exact same problem. I went for a white shirt brown grenadine.

The PS issue is the same on all Soho jackets... those lapels! I can't even imagine what the new Maddison looks like as they are supposed to be even wider!

I work in London and have had 6 compliments on this suit, even one from a guy who worked in Dege and Skinner on the Row!

Ended up going into the office today. Committed to this fit before realizing my planned weekly challenge submission was non-conforming. But I'm relatively pleased with how THIS came out, so that's good at least... [IMG]

Yeah, I've got the navy monks too! The burgundy loafers will probably be my next purchase. Got these boots on sale for 225, a pretty good deal if you ask me! It's worth sending him an email about what's on sale if you're interested. The shoe construction is much better than for example Meermin, and on sale they're cheaper too. I take a UK10, my normal size. They're not too snug, and the leather is very supple, so it will stretch quite a bit when you first walk in them. It's safe to say I'm a big fan of Justin's shoes, and it'll prob be my new go to brand.

FFAAARRRKK :( I already have commitments tonight... pushing projects through so I don't have to do jack ish tomorrow. If I finish up and it's within reasonable time, I might just head over and catch the tail end of it!

Woah~ you pulled this off in DC? It's good to see something that isn't navy blue in DC. Nice job, Ian.
