The good doctor has pretty much summed up my thoughts on this. Alternatively, a gdl-esque fold-n-stuff might work, too. This looks great. Even the unrelated square somehow works for me, though I'd prefer it as a loosely pointed fold, given that it is essentially a random component in this look, so why not accept that and make a feature of it instead of half-heartedly pushing it down into the pocket. The very classic shirt/tie/jacket combination gives you a little room to be crazy elsewhere if you want.a little better lighting than yesterday..
nice and colorful. especially love the SC.
beautiful, but i was thinking of a different one. more of a rusty orange.i have that tie...and yes...divine is putting it mildly. favorite tie i own by a long shot. heres an old pic...
love it. i need a tie like that.a little better lighting than yesterday..
I'll take that as an "I might be amenable to such a thing."
thanks! I actually think the tie is a little too casual for a suit. while the pattern may be formal, its kind of a shlubby wool.
well, clags, you inspired me to try an orange tie today. i actually had totally forgotten i had this one til i opened the tie drawer today. thanks!
might try a more orang-ey orange, next week.
Stitchy, you should post that in the three-patterns thread.
Great outfit today!

what thread is that? could you photoshop a neat or paisley PS in there and make it a quad?
