1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Meh... not as bad as I thought. Maybe it was just the other monitor I was using at the time.

I am still, however, a horrible photographer.

Hells no. There are so many denim options is makes me sick. Further, Jeans are not supposed to fit like bespoke trousers; buy em slim and real snug because they'll stretch and eventually fit like a glove. You just need to take a day and try on all kinds. Start with APC. Generally a good option for those just getting into denim.

After my one moment of triumph (eight thumbs and counting), seems my more recent efforts have lapsed back into the more familiar vortex of despondency and thumblessness. Oh well. Try, and try again.

Here's today's Saturday-semi-cazh fit. Sans tie - although had I been in possession of a plain navy grenadine, things might have been otherwise.

Nice fit Don, although I always have this feeling your trousers are cut a bit too wide.

    The cufflinks really nail it.

I agree. Especially in this case with the blazer's slimming affect, it gives the illusion that the trousers are way too wide.

I get so much stuff in the last months and make alterations step by step. So it´s good to get your input. The trousers goes to my tailor in the next weeks.

I gotta tell ya, I've been obsessing over the fit of my trousers much more than the fit of my shirts or jackets lately. Reason being, I can usually find OTR items that fit reasonably well when it comes to shirts or jackets. They usually only need some tweaking here and there to be acceptable. Trousers, however, seem to never fit well. To say nothing about the enormously wide legs most of them come with. I've had nothing but pants at the tailor these last two weeks.

Whats the general consensus on sky blue ties? I feel like no one likes them here. Here's one from my prior post. Can anyone recommend a good color to go with this blue suit? I have to go to a wedding today. Would a gray colored tie go better with this? Light gray. On second look, that is an atrocious knot.

    That's a pretty classic look.

    Don't overthink it.

+1...there isn't much that doesn't go with a navy suit.
