This is the perfect example of a certain look/style that gets tons of love on this site: the colors are good, the fit is spot on and the textures are really nice, yet the overall effect is contrived and fussy.


Please elaborate. The only thing I would change is the BD collar (and maybe go with a plain white PS), but that's just a matter of taste.

This jacket needs a trip to the tailor - sleeves are a bit on the full side and could stand being shorter. Not sure if fixing this cheap fused garment is worth it though.

I agree, ''contrived and fussy"?

I like the fit very much. Although I would skip the roped shoulder and hacking pockets myself.
