More vintage: A suit from the 50´s in a fabric from Marzotto, Pisa. A hat from Battersby, London. Cordovan shoes from Allen Edmonds. An old Stenström shirt. A Trevira tie + a Ford Edsel 1958. The biggest flop i car history.

They would have sold more if you'd been advertising them...

Quite the summer day here in Copenhagen, so opted for linen ( although with some wool thrown in):

@MonkeyFace: Nice jacket, really liked it.

@Estitchy: getting ready to race Spoo? [IMG]

It's been cold in Mexico City these days and on Saturday we experienced an earthquake that scared me a lot, I don't get scared easily by earthquakes but this one was not cool. So I don't want to be cold today. Also I didn't shave. [IMG]

Cheers, your whole outfit is great. I like the orange tie here, and orange ties are not easy to pull off. Hope everything was ok after the after the earthquake.

Huh. What cloth is that jacket made of, Betelgeuse? I have a suit that looks suspiciously similar...

Tie seems a bit too formal for tweed, though [IMG]

Thanks guys. It's 90% wool 10% cashmere. [IMG] The tie looks orange but it's more like peach.

So it looks like I have the cheap version. It was certainly a budget tweed, made by a brand I had never heard of ("Robert Harris of Scotland"). But the color and pattern are exactly the same, even the jacket cut looks similar [IMG]

So, maybe it's not that cheap.

I got this one from LuxeSwap, it's Isaia. [IMG]

Thanks! That's why I suspected [IMG] but who knows, maybe in a not so far future you give us the surprise [IMG]

Only if you start buying your Isaia from him. Perhaps it's time to get interested in watches? ;)

It is, heh. It was my first local MTM attempt, so didn't want to go with an expensive cloth [IMG]

Yes, if you want to contribute to Stitchy's Ferrari fund. Your Isaia put an extra carbon fibre nick-nack on Spoo's!

I'm happy to see someone wearing a grey odd jacket with burgundy trousers on here. Seems like all my championing of coloured trousers with grey odd jackets is finally paying off! (Your jacket looks suspiciously much like a suit jacket though...)

He is an aficionado, trader and all-round watch super hero, if you need anything. I believe he also does jewellery, and occasionally narcotics, firearms and used cars. But mainly the first two. At a push, I'm told he could cut you a deal on the Statue of Liberty.
