1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

This lacks coherence. The top half's formality seems utterly disconnected from the bottom half.

    Too-tight orphaned suit jacket
    Ill-fitting contrast-collared shirt
    Businessy tie
    Overly casual chinos
    Double monks

    That's just a hodgepodge.

No judgment, but I didn't think you rolled this way.

FTFY. As an aside, I was in that very region of Manhattan only this past weekend, and had my first exposure to Epaulet, at their store on Orchard St. I was favorably impressed, though the ratio of shoes to other merchandise leaned rather more heavily towards footwear (lots of Carmina - very nice eye candy).

Hmmm.... It's okay but it's not you, or anywhere near like anything else you wear on here..
Wear it casual to the beach with the sleeves rolled, 3-4 buttons undone and tails hanging out with short trousers. You could even wash the dog wearing it.... Really you could.

My final diagnosis : not cool at all.

    Can't please everyone....

P.S It's far too heavy to wear at the beach

P.P.S A change is as good as a holiday, as they say.

Anyway I like this version, which is all that matters really.

Holdfast, I never commented on your outfits but I always enjoy them. As for Spring colors, it is Autumn here in Rio, but we have wonderfully sunny days in autumn, so the colors really pop out. I am on the road, so a repeat on the suit, but changed everything (I always bring more clothes than I need). Had to rely on the camera flash, hence dark pics, but I think you can get the idea.

You made me eager to try the thrift stores with your great blog. You are your own worst enemy, haha!

I'll definitely be in contact at some point. [IMG]

I've been thinking of doing a map pocket square. What does yours look like?

Great texture on the coat and tie.
