Looks great, Timotune! Nice to see you in something besides blue. [IMG]
I use the puff fold all the time. Love wearing pocket squares. Something seems to be missing if I don't wear one.
    Great look, Kap![IMG]

Looking good Stitch. My one criticism would be that the density of the tie is kinda similar to the density of the stripes on the shirt, if that makes sense--makes it a little busy looking IMO.

And as others have said, that's a lovely kid you've got there. Congrats.

Stitchy, are you coordinating your yarmulke with your outfits?

LOL. My yarmulke is always black. Velvet baby.

Thanks and that is a bigger complement. I would be disappointed if it were the other way around.

Booth is correct about squares. In particular, I agree that linen squares with colored edges are gross.

Meh, I like a little color in my squares. It's a little flashy, dare I say peacockish? But then again, I post regularly in the peacock thread. I guess it's just not for the faint of heart. [IMG]

You know I'm with you Alex.. I like either a very bold stripe (one very bold one) or a very subtle one that you cant see from far away until you get closer.. that's why Im on the fence about putting it into regular rotation..we'll see.. my tailor had to reweave the elbows and a tear on the knee...as for tie what would you suggest? I agree it can come off as maybe a little monochromatic? I thought the texture of the tie being wool would help. Thanks for the words though.. appreciate it!

I'd say texture (something along the lines of herringbone, like you used, or a grossa grenadine) would be important in offsetting the stripes. Burgundy or navy...but I feel like I'm just giving a standard answer by suggesting those colors. Probably burgundy would go better with the lavender (lilac?) of the shirt.

I'm not a fan of the Tie Bar ones (I have two, one which has been worn once and the other which has never seen the light of day). Guyliner looks pretty alright with them, but that's probably because there is almost always some other element of his outfits that demands the viewer's attention. I do like those with rougher colored edges, such as:

Very nice! Love that shade of blue. More info about those shoes, please? (But you should put in the laces correctly...)
