Thanks for the tip about the collar and the sweater, I will keep that in mind next time. I honestly haven't had the time to browse all the threads like I probably should have before posting anything, so I do apologize for wasting everyone's time. I didn't really think much of the shoes, but after looking around here a bit more I can see that it is not what you guys like. I still don't think they are too bad, I have seen much worse as far as an upturned toe goes.

Trying to get people to pity you will not work either and this applies to more than just StyFo.

I realized how that sounded after posting it, that's why I changed it. I'm not looking for pity, I came here looking for opinions and that is exactly what I got.

Why do you people keep wearing button-down shirts with suits? Wear it with something more casual. It's not dressy enough. Just look at those horrible waves that the collar makes around the tie.

Well, in this case, it is not a suit. I'm wearing a blue blazer with grayish/grape trousers.

I prefer wide spread or cutaway collars myself, I think these look better with a suit, especially with a tie if you prefer the windsor knot.

You apparently don't live in the U.S.

Learn to love the BD. And those are not "horrible waves," they are beautiful OCBD collar roll.

That tie is horrible. Please remove and dispose.

Looks good, and for that price can't beat it. I have been going to thrift stores lately, it's just a matter of time before I find something good. I wish I lived somewhere like NYC so I could find better stores, but I'll just keep looking. I welcome the feedback, even if it is very harsh and negative right now, I hope to improve my look, and I'll be taking the time to browse around here for ideas as well.

Nobody should prefer the Windsor knot.
