qualifies as peacock in my book.
All the items are great, and I especially love that suit.
I agree with those arguing for black shoes with this look. Brown suede with that plaid is great too, of course, but if you're going for that a little more warmth is needed in the shirt/tie to compensate for it I think. Nitpicking, because I really like all the items!
Newton's place is now either Hackett or Pink I think. You could engineer some damage to your wallet, I suppose!
Continuing my light-coloured tie saga...
The top half looks good to me, but the other half do not.
The trousers are a mess, seems to be a high waisted donned at the hips, i.e., Astaireish. And the leg opening is flaring in an unflattering way. Also, in my opinion, suede oxfords do not belong to summery fits. I am okay with suede loafers in summer, but oxfords are a bridge too far.
edit: the suede issue is sartorial nitpick, but the trousers issue is really visible
One of your few misses TTO. Too much going on ... and the color saturation between the tie and suit in particular throws it off IMHO.
With a white collar and a brighter square...bingo!
FOUR PATTERN BINGO!
Spoiler: Warning: Spoiler!
Unfortunately not, would have gone well with all the other freaks at open day at arts uni...
But still...I am curious...was your Borszc cold today?
Sorry for the absolutely terrible lighting in the first picture (click to enlarge):
Was this the tie in your former avatar (which I still prefer )
Tie & inappropriate Windsor knot
Who makes the jacket in the last pic sleven?
That particular piece is H&M's "higher end" line, but I have seen countless brands carrying it this fall. When clean and press it looks nice I promise...
Besides the great pattern combination (I don't think a smaller scale on the shirt would have worked that well, as there's already a small scale pattern on the PS) this jacket's cut is awesome. Is it from Cad & the Dandy?
