    this was my idea, it seemed to need this to not look too pale and washed out.

    Cant see much, jacket looks a bit tight around the waist, otherwise looks okay.
    Like the color combination though.

    I don't think it's too tight... the shape looks good. If anything, it could be a bit longer.

    These comments are correct. The splaying open of the lapels is a giveaway that this jacket doesn't fit well. Further, the way the quarters open is also less than desirable. Try one size larger.
