He said in the peacock thread that the white denim pants are from Express.
Still stuck at this hotel... still stuck with this terrible phone camera
BB No. 1 sack, olive, in 98 degree heat.
I saw these in a few colours with and without dots at The Bay a year or two ago for quite cheap and have regretted not buying a couple.
Man, this suit is really nice! Looking sharp!
Do you mind telling us where the suit is from?
I think you're on the right track with that yellow tie. I could also see it working with a subdued orange, brown, burgundy or even a green tie. Solid dark blue ties, IMO, can be overpowering against such a light ground... unless you don't mind the high-contrast effect. I would avoid too-bright satiny ties with this one.
nice outfit, but in the rare cases I've seen the "tie tuck" work, the trousers had a hidden button closure and were loopless.
"Too Damn Hot" Friday.
EXPRESS. Ive looked for slim white denim for about 2 years and every pair ive tried i just didnt like. I was at express with my wife and tried these on for shits and giggles. Absolutely love the way they fit.
"Details on the blazer?"
the blazer is Tom Ford era Gucci. Super dark navy....a bit too dark...looks black in most settings
Derek^ Express makes decent white denim, I had a pair a while back and I was going to guess they were from there. Good look. I think white denim is too seasonal and high risk (stains etc.) to go too expensive on. Good choice.
The pants and jacket are prob too close together but I was told dark grey may work with this jacket. I think I should try navy next time
Enjoy your friday gentlemen.
Go Go patterns.
I would like this more with a solid blue shirt. As it is, not working for me.
agree. or even....dum dum dummm.....a WHITE shirt!
Happy Friday folks!
