    As long as they're not sagging and suit the wearers' physique I don't see why. But things are always questionable...

    I don't hate capes, but that just looks like you are wearing a fleece blanket, and there's no coherence to the outfit at all.

    OK at first glance but on closer inspection it all looks bit off kilter.

    Knot looks too small and tie to narrow for that collar and lapels.
    Jacket seems a bit 'top heavy'.
    Trousers too short. You could add maybe an inch and maintain your minimal break without looking like Peewee.
