Not sure how anyone could say the button point on that jacket is too high. Perhaps if it was up where his next shirt button is, but at present it's completely fine.

Low rise trousers, while "not classic", are perfectly fine on younger people with a flat stomach (what drives me nuts is people wearing high rise at their hips with the subsequent sagging) and the buttoning point is far from high... are you trolling?

The shoes were certainly a stylistic compromise, and I hadn't worn them in a very long while, which did influence my decision to wear them. In retrospect, I am inclined to agree with your nitpick, but thank you for the compliment in any case.

Thanks alot! It is by far the nicest suit I own in terms of quality. Borrelli is pretty amazing, I don't know if I will ever be able to afford another again as I got this on deep deep discount. I would highly recommend them to others, however, who can afford it.

FWIW this is a higher end Polo shirt, the ones with the cursive script and made in Hong Kong/Italy/Wherever with higher quality cotton and collar construction. I think they are excellent value on clearence at the end of the season at RL stores. They usually never have staple patterns but I was lucky to snag this one as it is pretty versatile I think.

quite honestly, thats not gonna happen. i prefer my jackets and pants just a hair short. may not be "classical rules" but its far more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing to my eye.
