1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I am a bit cautious with using model photos for "guidance". The model has the looks to look gorgeous in anything. The photo is from a professional photographer with pro lighting, hair etc...

I like all the items, except the shirt, but not the ensemble :)

I woud not wear a striped suit jacket as a blazer. I would definitely wear the suit with the PS and without a tie.

Beautiful shirt! Great shoes, jacket, nice colour trousers and they all work perfectly together! I would wear the PS differently :)

Everything is perfect! May I ask where you bought the socks?

I'm kind of the anti-Spoo today.

Not seen navy pindot accent socks and G&G Hove in dark brown.

In the shade, the trousers and blazer look somewhat similar. But each has a good deal of texture - 4ply hopsack blazer and fresco trousers - so neither looks like an orphaned suit piece. And in the sunlight, the flecks of white in the trousers are very different from the much more matte jacket.

    You look fantastic.
Even much better so than most super technical people of the "in good taste" thread.
    Hats off!

Exactly, and it still looks pretty subpar.

Is the SC from Steed? Looks a lot like a Vox fit. Nice.

Me neither. Can't think of a single instance where I've seen that look work.
Beyond dreadful. It's not just that it's a terrible outfit, it's also that all the individual pieces are bad. I suggest you bin those clothes, read up on the basics (e.g. http://www.styleforum.net/atype/5/Styleforum_101), and start afresh. Good luck!
Need a bigger pic, but I already know I dislike the hanky and the tie clip.

What he said. BTW, please use spoilers when quoting pic posts. It's a pain in the ass trying to read stuff from a cell phone otherwise.
