There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I was thinking the same thing. And that was also the example that came to mind.

As you indirectly acknowledge, there is no platonic ideal fold/puff (thus your assertion that there are no rules of which you're aware), so there's really no information behind your expectations other than your preferences.

^Why'd you decide on a blue instead of a white shirt?

Rob, is it the flash which makes the shoes look cherry red, or is that true to life?

It seemed too washed out with a white shirt since the tie is fairly light.

IRL the shirt is more greyish blue and less powder blue so that helps. I messed with the saturation and contrast a bit but couldn't get the shirt color to quite the right shade in the photo.

It's just that dark suit, PoW tie, white hank + white shirt is such a standard combo...and to me it's not improved by substituting a blue shirt. Not criticizing necessarily, just wondering what C's thinking was.

Assuming that I am the UC in question (Urban Composition having not posted in many a day), the cufflinks are sterling silver and enamel, and were bought at Barney's several years ago, and then independently confirmed (by a sales rep) to be made by Deakin & Francis.

    Thanks for the comment.

Rob is that tie from your new business? If so it is amazing

Also trousers are flannel? From your full picture it looked like cotton khakis but your closeup looks like flannel.

Long day of meetings, presentations, etc. Wore a new suit.

    Caruso suit, mid-gray pinstripe
CEGO light blue w/pencil stripe shirt
    Panta burgundy grenadine tie
    AE captoes

Brooks Bros. camelhair polo coat for the frigid weather outside.

Your trousers look really good here, some of the best you have posted IMO. Are they new?

Looks good though I usually wear white shirts with wedding ties like that. Who made the suit?
