does he live in the 80s?
I've seen Timotune's outfit many times and I dislike their fit much. He can do much better, but noone really tells him specific problems they see, other than "too tight." I'm all for slim fit, but the problem with his stuff is that they're so slim that it accentuates his slightly narrow shoulders and heavier legs in proportion to his thin torso. This makes his bodyshape look unappealing, whereas clothes should compliment or improve the apparent bodyshape. I thought I would be blunt to get across what some others may be seeing, but I admit to being offensive. He doesn't actually look bad, but his clothes make him look pretty bad. Remember these are my opinions and I'm not stating facts.
My crappy cell pics and I are back to sully this thread. Sorry. Here's my fit today. Since I'm new to pocket squares, I'm still struggling with getting color/texture match right. I'd appreciate (polite) constructive criticism here.
a bit too much pink for my liking dude. a white shirt would make the suit look more brown i think.
I would stay away from pocket squares for awhile until you're doing better with shirt and tie.
That's crying for a plain, white shirt with a navy (knit?) tie.
The white balance is so off that it's hard to comment - is that suit grey, navy, brown ?
Agreed. The suit looks brown to me.
I think it's a major problem with many SF members: horrible ties.
Uncomfortable in what way Patrick?
Charcoal with light blue pinstripe. EDIT: And, again, sorry for the crappy photo quality.
If that's the case, I would still say white shirt + navy tie as a starting point; it might help, if we get a more accurate photo.
Lean mean.... dad jean?
charcoal with pink is usually fine, but it dont look charcoal in the pic
