This says to me, "I am sharply attired, but still friendly and approachable..." Great stuff!

Cheers, mike. Really feeling like i stepped my game up lately. Even better when great dressers like you, spoo, crusty, acecow and the likes support that view.

    ...

I feel like the shirt should be a bit darker than the lovely sc, this way the eye of the beholder ress a bit confused...lovely ps!

    ...

    See above.
Regarding your fit: loved the way you combined the sc and tie, but the shirt seemed out of place, colourwise...

    ...

Cheers, ctp. The pg way to hold that camera vastly improves the pictorial impact of your great fits

    ...

Cbd on a spoozy level, from head to toe. Absolutely approving of it.

    ...

You absolutely must give me that tie. You feel the urge to spoil your brother spoozy. DO IT NOW! [IMG]

    ...

What missteps could you probably be talking about, boy? [IMG]
Fun aside, i feel flattered to be included[IMG]

    ...

Sharp executions of what one would call informal wear.

    ...

Wow crusty, NOW that is a power suit. I feel like i immediately have to obey your rules, whatever they might be [IMG] [IMG]

    ...

Rob, you are begging your entrance to crazy socks land with this pair. Not because of their colour, but you paired them with a red tie [IMG]

    ..

    Sharp!

    ...

    Like it a lot.

    ...

I think a striped or checked shirt might have improved your look today. The vast and plain suit fabric needs some counterpart in the upper body and the stripes of that tie are good, but don't sufficiently break the suit's dominance...just my 2cents though.

This looks really heavy. I myself have a heavy houndstooth tweed jacket that looks similar in thickness, but I wouldn't wear mine in this season. I'm not sure what the temperature over there was today.

Still not sold on the pants. I think it's an improvement, but I don't think pleated pants flatter me at all.

Top and bottom are the same colour. Lighting was off.

Suit looks pretty good to me. Tie is a little wacky though.

Every time you wear these it makes me impatient. Grr... Waiting is the hardest part.

Funny you say that, because I remember wanting these desperately when I bought them. However, I've had them now for ~5 years and have worn them less than 25 times. I've been reaching for them a lot very recently though. I tend to do that with shoes for some reason: wear them heavily in spurts and then virtually ignore them for long periods of time. Truth be told, I rarely wear black shoes besides loafers, which probably puts me in the minority on SF, where black lace-ups abound and black loafers are harder to come by. As of late I've subbed the monks in for loafers with jeans and have made a concerted effort to work them in with suit and pant/sportcoat outfits.
