^ Avery distressed looking toe on your shoes. Intentional or just figuring out how to use polish??!

I do approve of your outfit, you present well.

A good example of trousers that would look much better if they were pleated.

Thanks.

I messed up the shoes when cleaning them and didn't get the color right untill now.
Obviously the finish didn't respond well to the leather soap I used.

But I also have to say, that the effect is much stronger in the picture than it is IRL.

I totally aggree. But this is the price yu pay, when you want great clothes on a tight budget (I bought this suit for a very low price, when I was still on university).

as a tall fit young person (F**k me, right?) i fully endorse pleats. Typically, I think of pleats as an advanced move. For suits, i almost always prefer a single pleat to ff. In genreal I think the key to making them work is 1. making sure the trousers in question are not khaki chinos. 2. No belt 3. getting the break exactly right. too long and you achieve the ultimate in slouchy middle manager, too short and they'd make wilt chamberlain look stubby.

It helps if you are charming. Were you charming?
Like a lot of places, the service is better if they like you.

I will try and remember that for next time.

I just purchased what looks like the exact same vest from the RLPL sale.

Wasn't sure what to pair it with besides a plain navy or black suit for a formal fair.....thanks for the inspiration.

Just out of curiosity on a DB vest like Sebastian is wearing here, is the correct way to wear this with the bottom button open?
