TTO, you look amazing lately. I'm actually jealous. Great job man, everything seems to fit well and look good.
Cosigning this post. The trimmed barnet and beard are working well too. The other day I saw a photo and thought 'I don't wear brown, I don't wear pinstripes and I'm not crazy about DB suits and yet that was among the best photos I've seen in a long while'. Well done TTO.
Thanks guys, I really appreciate it.
I see those ties are getting some good use, Theo!!! Mike
Sure are, sorry not to credit you, I completely forgot...blame two days of whiskey!
TTO -- What kind of suit is that, if you don't mind me asking? It's great.
Thanks, it's a vintage Bespoke from Thresher and Glenny, they where Royal warranted shirtmakers to the Queen. It's older than me!
Been there. I hope the morning was kind to you.
Not bad enough to stop me from doing the same thing the next night! -TTO

No connection to Eric Glennie, I'm guessing?

In all seriousness, that's a great suit. It demonstrates that when a coat is made with moderate, classic stylistic proportions (shoulder-width:chest ratio, length, lapel width, gorge height, button stance, etc.), its longevity is greatly increased.

I'd put a sharper crease in those pants though.

I don't like that collar Ed. The button points are spread way too much.

That's a bit too much roll, I'm afraid.

You have the best sportcoats. [IMG]

Also I like the collar, it's unique and different from the usual!

Tie is an old Brooks Bros. with sentimental value. I purchased it at the store that was once across from the WTC when I was working in tower 2 (64th floor).

For the record, the Brooks Bros. branch at One Liberty Plaza (directly across Church St. from Ground Zero - now a very active construction site) is still very much in business, and has been since downtown was cleared for human habitation after 09/11.

Thanks, Crust. I haven't been down to Ground Zero since Nov '01. I will try to get back down there soon to see the Freedom Tower.

@ Fred are you in Texas? I've sailed in Galveston Bay before and the bridge in the background looks very familiar. Let me know if you ever need a crew![IMG]
