:foo:??
Looks good, but maybe more waist suppression? Seems a tad boxy.

Probably the picture, the angle makes me look tiny, in terms of the fit, I thought the photos does not do justice, It is actually pretty fitted.

Ok everyone.
I completed my comprehensive exams today. I may or may not be a doctoral candidate in a few weeks.

I was going to reward myself with either shoes or a suit.

If they fit me I was going to get the c&J edgware, but I likely have to order them from NY.

Or, I was going to get a mtm navy herringbone suit. It would be from the same tailor that clarinetplayer purchased his recent MTM suit and blazer from for reference.

Thoughts?

Get both.
But really, what do you need more right now?

I live off student loans and a small stipend, hence why I usually bargain shop...these would be full price purchases which I rarely do.

I sold all my solid suits because they no longer fit due to working out. I want to either get high quaility OTR (corneliani, borrelli, and caruso fit me well) or MTM like Kent Wang or this tailor in Michigan that CP got some excellent fits from. So this would build up my solid suit collection again.

As you can see in most of my pix, my shoes are meh. I have AEs as they are comfortable for me and my feet are rather wide so I am not sure c&j lasts would even fit me.

Either one is a big investment and I would likely be happy with both. If the C&J don't fit, I would likely try another brand before I decided.

I am sure C&J would fit you, I have a very wide feet as well and they feels fine.
Brave decision on selling all your old suits.

I wouldn't call it brave..the lapels were bowing out like crazy :nodding:

I got some nice stuff with the money I got back though, I don't regret it. I just want to get full canvas solid suits from now. Quality over quantity.

Better--but the jacket is still too long IMO; it makes it looks like your legs are shorter than your body. I think you should be able, to grab the bottom of the jacket without excess material. Tie is nicer, and PS is nice addition. Trousers look a little baggy, and don't give me the 'I'm large' ****--objection!

(Let me guess: There is a Smart Car parked between those two cars? :p)
