1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

your coats always fit really well N ... you don't get enough credit for that usually.
Cheers, nii. I appreciate comments and feedback, but I tend to post to add some fodder to the thread as it's a good way to pass time at work (not to imply that Im beyond reproach). I am not very sensitive so crickets dont bother me.

    Awesome getup. [IMG]
^Looks pretty good, but tie seems a little out of place for some reason, maybe add a knit instead

By the way - never post and drive at the same time, lest you find yourself on the side of the road with a flat and a cracked rim, due to missing a humongoloid pothole. Like me. [IMG]

No shit, that could have been a $2k post instead of an $825 one. You guys better like this fit today. [IMG]

great photo Mossrocks ... what camera do you use?

    Thanks dude.

This one in particular was taken with a Canon 7D with some cheap kit zoom lens (28-135mm I think) and a 480EXII flash.

I was able to talk my wife into taking this photo (hence the fancy equipment), which is rare. Usually I use a point & shoot with a timer.

Lesson learned matey (I hope). As an ex paramedic its a pet peeve of mine. Don't mean to kick you when you're down but texting while driving is an atrocious habit that contributes to an exponential rise in auto accidents. Hope you are OK, a car can be fixed, people aren't so easy.

Last post of the week - off to New Mexico tomorrow AM - see you all Tuesday.

    Suit - BB
    Shirt - BB
Tie - BB (I sense a trend here)
Cufflinks - Metropolitan Museum of Art
Shoes - Mezlan (it's still monsoon season in Manhattan - no use in ruining good shoes).

I don't care what others say about your ties, I love them! [IMG] Also, glad to see you are still smilin' after that recent beat down. I am still trying to figure out what it was "really" all about. [IMG] I am not always about the fit but the combinations. Sometimes I see that something might work where I didn't see it that way on myself.

Feeling kinda sandy today. I don't think I have shot this suit full length before.

    Anyway, have a good one!

PG: Would dearly love to have a more in-depth review from you on your experience with the Fuji X100. This shot looks absolutely superb and the low-light shots you've posted on your blog look good. Will you please consider an in-depth review? Thanks!

    - I think it is with this suit in particular or it could be the camera angle - which i will be expanding on below

    - It could be the angle as well as depth of field as I too was wondering what was wrong. See below as an example if I may.
    - The height of the camera has remained the same just the depth changes.
    - Same cut as yesterday, only difference is cloth & number of buttons

So, 2M is the sweet spot? That is what, 6 feet give or take? I have been shooting my full length shots at probably 20 feet, half zoomed, lower chest level. The closeups are shot from around 6 feet.
