    I guess it is for 2 reasons
    1) the suit is more expensive and not as versatile (linen vs. all season wool; linen blazer/suit vs. navy blazer)
    2) I see borrelli at the price I may purchase all the time. I rarely see rlbl in staple colors at this discount.

    So yeah, it is a bit tougher than you would think :D

    My point was that a well tailored DB will look good on anyone at any age.

    There's nothing wrong in having seasonal clothing. Just imagine all the excitement you will have about wearing it as it's getting warmer. Life is about contrast and ups and downs, not constant averageness.

    I live in the countryside (and have even been known to wear tweed on horseback) and I can say the problem with turn-ups is they get full of mud and other crap. So turn-up-less trousers are more practical in the rustic realm in my experience.

    +1.. I have been daring with some clothing selections lately (e.g green chinos) which is normally outside my comfort zone ....Oh well ...Mrs. thinks I'm having an early mid-life crisis...:)
