No worries, in fact I believed shoes could be worn daily if you leave the tree inside overnight, as long as you polish regularly it should be ok, it actually takes a lot of effort to worn out the soles.

p.s. I always see Lino wearing the same shoes everytime in pictures

I'm so bad at polishing my shoes I do it one time per month maybe. Must be better on that!

For those who asked, my blue windowpane suit is an SP wool/silk/linen blend, unlined (sleeves only).
    Thanks for all the comments.

My first WAYWRN post and cross-post with the Tweed Appreciation thread. This is my first commission from a new English Mystery Bespoke Tailor[IMG] (EMBT[IMG]). I was looking for a more "classically" English, structured, clean cut, which differs from my Mahon garments or those from my Singapore tailor. Fabric is from the Alsport bunch (no. 2400) and weighs in at ~18oz. Apologies for the poor fit pics; they were snapped at my final fitting within an iPhone, but enough I suppose to give you a sense of the overall shape, proportion and fit. Note that IRL the vertical lines of the checks fall true. Something about my stance or the camera angle makes it look like the vertical lines for the checks are running at a slight diagonal, but I think this is an optical illusion.

    Hi. Two questions:
    Is the PoW check?
Your collar appears to be quite high (by intention, of course). Where do you find shirts with this feature? Or, if they are MTO, who will make them like this (and this well)?
    Thanks.

I can't remember the last time I wore that tie. I think my taste in ties has just gotten a lot more conservative in the last year. I first put on a navy tie, but it was too close/not close enough with the navy suit.

    Um, uh, er... :uhoh:
