    FWIW I like the fit.

I couldn't do it, but I get the eccentric hipster vibe; and think you pull it off very well.

More than just an outer covering, the clothes we wear usually project who we are... or believe ourselves to be. I don't think many people get that.

And I hate low-rise jeans as well (my new go-to dark denims are Nudie High Kais)

not to sound oddly parental but hate is a strong word. I find his fits to be pretty unique and pleasing to the eye even if it is not an established or mainstream look. I admire people who can project an image with clothing that is unique and personal.

A few outfits from the past two weeks. I'm 21 and work at a Southern Haberdashery to give you an idea of appropriateness:

need a little more light and perspective on those pix southernstyle....hard to see the whole fit. I think the 2nd fit may be pretty nice tho' the tie may be tied a touch long (or b/c you're leaning over, I dunno). 3rd is my least fave.... Christmasy tie, outdoorsy jacket, and possible (I'm saying possible, bad pic you know) Dad jeans there... yikes.

Kid Nickels the tie comes off more of a Red and Grey rather than red and Green

The tie is red and green and I understand where Kid Nickels is coming from, I just wanted something warm as it was one of the last chilly days we'd have so I tied on some wool. The 2nd picture is probably my favorite of those three, I just picked up that tie today and its tied fine I'm just leaning over. I kinda like my dad jeans :slayer:

^ southern... I was ribbing you a little on the jeans... there not really Dad-ish in this pic... just regular jeans, but I'm not sure about the double cuff. I like that shirt and think you may do it well with the loafers and a pair of proper trousers. :fonz:

You know, I'm not sure. I hadn't noticed until you pointed it out. It might be the PS, but it's almost certainly not teh drape. It's a very lightweight flannel, and it does weird things if you even look at it wrong. Even though I generally like it, I wouldn't buy this suit again. The irony is that I actually bought this retail and I paid more for it than any other I own. On the other hand, it's one of the few pre-SF items I've hung onto...
