This is so bad. Not just boring (I like boring) but no taste at all. Are these black socks with these chinos and cognac shoes. Cannot believe you give people so much s#it when you dress like this.

This is good in a certain context. I'd agree with the boring part (and there's nothing wrong with boring), but to say that is "so bad" is going too far.

I actually think that this is the best-fitting suit I've seen you wearing. I have no problem with more mod-style suits, narrower trousers etc. I think they work for him. They still have to fit, however, and this has to do not with essentially normative aesthetic things like a set length for jackets, but with the cut. Some of the jackets I have seen you show here seem to have been pulling in various places, however this one looks like it isn't. It seems slimline and flattering to the figure without being tight.

And what context is that? Targeting lower quartile of AAAC? It looks terrible to me - whether the look feels at home at a symposium of financial controllers in Springfield may be true. I judge it in the context of SF and trying to make good aesthetic decisions with our clothes. In this particular context it looks so bad.

This thread suffers from major circle-jerking syndrome - I think people should speak their mind, and I'll start. I may last a day or a week but I see this as public service for now.

I agree, I've always said people were too afraid to speak their mind and give constructive criticism. And I stress the word constructive.

This is clearly a bit peacock-ish and #menswear but it works. Everything is a little tight, that's true, but the colors are good, the proportions around the neck (the shirt collar-tie-coat collar nexus, which many underestimate the importance) look good, shoes and sunglasses round up the outfit. Nice work.

Are you sure? While the MC WAYWRN seems to have invented the thumbs-up requotation, the actual density and frequency of thumbs-ups are far lower in WAYWRN than what I see in the SW&D WAWT.

I've sent these data on to Reevolving, and he is analyzing them.

It's really too bad that only thumbs are allowed and not other fingers. Limitations of the Huddler platform, I guess.
