southernstyle, the fit is impossible to judge from that picture, and it looks pretty decent in greyscale, but I am not feeling the color coordination at all. (Also, that is one hell of a collar spread.)

I would love to watch you fix an impressionist museum.

Err, no. The basis of style is that what is understood as style is always related to a particular context. For MC, a particular understanding of fit is part of that. This is not the universal meaning of style. Can we just stop this stupid argument now?

^yup, well the concept of fit is also the basis of style for yohji, damir, etc, as well, but isn't restricted to a certain framework [as discussed here]

While the others who post on this thread have only noticed (to very mixed reaction) your attire, the truly singular part of your posting is that it forced me to run for a dictionary (not something that I normally am forced to do).

    Floricomous
Flo*ric"o*mous\, a. [L. flos, floris, flower + coma hair.] Having the head adorned with flowers. [R.] - Strange, I thought that I was wearing a homburg, not an anadem of daisies.

Vi·res·cent [vahy-res-uhnt, vi-] Show IPA adjective 1. turning green. 2. tending to a green color; slightly greenish. - As much as I may be eternally verdant (perhaps a little TOO verdant in places, if you know what I mean), I seem not to be wearing much that is green (I reserve that pleasure for tomorrow, perhaps, or the weekend).

oh dear, well i mean crowned with flowers, our king of spring, in a more metaphorical sense as well as the patterns adorning your feet on your carpet, delivering us from the wretched winters with--and here i think the re- prefix makes a difference, as in flourishing anew--your revirescent vigour in welcoming the new seasons !

Not bad, but is it from Yohji, though? No? Didn't think so.

I'm not feeling Shah's outfit as well, but let's not go overboard disrespecting Yohji.

damn, MC has their panties knotted pretty tightly here. I must admit that shah's fit did look good..and I'm in no manner a fan of him at all. You have to be able to appreciate great design and cohesiveness, even if it doesn't fit your particular 'mould', otherwise you're not really appreciating design at all.
