You might be right about the shirt sleeves. You're definitely more forgiving
I disagree. The leather on my AE's has held up better and has less creasing than the leather on my C&J monktons and the cheaneys I used to own. I'm not saying they are more pleasing aesthetically, but the leather quality is very good.
So I'm guessing it was MTM? Actually I prefer the double cuffs with that shirt. I almost never get button cuffs, though.
Guys, yay or nay?
Pants are far too close to the jacket in color. I think charcoal for more formal situations and jeans for a casual look would both be winners. I'd also look into a slightly taller (or at least less limp) collar.
Hmm, I tried a blue pair of pants (chinos, not jeans) and I didnt like it at all. Seemed off.
Unfortunately dont own a pair of charcoal pants.
Any gray pants at all?
No to the pocket square. IMO, put on a pair of jeans, and switch to a white or blue pocket square.
Permit me to recommend a solution to this problem.
Thank you for the link. In fact, I would like one of each, please! Nice stuff!!
Now the Overcoat from the morning in in the B&S and my sig because I picked this up this afternoon:
And just for good measure got these too:
Congrats, Rob. Very cool.
NY^ beautiful overcoat and great fabrics. Are those spring/summer fabrics for sportcoats? or you gonna go full baller and get the full glen plaid suit? Either way, deets please on your trousers from today, they are beautiful.
You need more contrast in the pants/jacket.
One thing you guys are missing with all this Spoo/RL Lindrick/AE hate/AE love is that the Lindrick is the boot version of the marlow/dalton. It *is* shell cordovan.
