A little bit of winter sun
There's a purple over check in the tie.
I dont like the panamahat with this outfit. Otherwise it looks good!
Spoo who makes the jacket? Sure I've asked before but I still regret a RLBL that was exactly the same which I left at the Barney's warehouse sale.
I would say I like those braces, but I only have real estate, cars and women to offer in exchange for them.
Feel like spring today
Spoiler: Warning: Spoiler!
About how many wears do those bexley have crusty? They look to be holding up well
This is a rare miss, to my eye. The jacket is pretty sweet, but I have a difficult time wrapping my brain around peak lapels on odd jackets, especially ones with patch pockets. The tie's pattern competes with the jacket's, and the cardigan's informality is at odds with the formality of the jacket - conflicted though it may be.
I kinda liked the interplay between the tie and coat. I am pretty new, but I'd think anyone seeing it knows its intentional.
agreed on peak lapels though.
I don't know what this means.
I think he means if you intentionally pick a bad tie, then it's ok.
which is good for me.
I think he means that it was put together with thought in mind as opposed to somebody who through things haphazardly together. You can usually distinguish the two my looking at the other items in the outfit and how refined they are. For example if he was wearing square toed shoes and pre-faded jeans.
FWIW, I don't think the tie works with the jacket.
Thank you for your most droll compliment, but I can assure you that the braces in question (I will posit that they are the ones with the images of the Chrysler Building on them) were miniscule in price in comparision to real estate, cars, or female companionship (save that of the low-end, short-term association for purposes of correction of hormonal imbalances ).
I've had the Bexleys since November 2007, and wear them in rotation with my other black dress shoes (which, I must confess, are multitudinous). The soles have not been replaced, nor do they appear to need replacement at this time, and I would say that they've held up quite reasonably well, especially at the price point at which I bought them (129 euros).
Hope that helps your estimation of their quality.
Yes, if we know anything about people who spend gobs of money on clothing, take and upload pictures of themselves every workday to a men's clothing website, and sell millions of dollars worth of men's garments on eBay, it's that they are haphazard with what they wear.
