Good to hear from you, PA. Congratulations on the new gig. Maybe you can still play in the MC casual thread...

Thank you. :) I see what you mean, actually I like this asymmetry and the fact that the knot does not completely fulfill the spread of this collar.

    Thanks, so do I ;)

I'm not sure I understand what you mean :embar: Your advice is to push up a bit the collar of my shirt? :eh: Well, I will try this next time. Thank you :satisfied:

Crusty, I also think medium gray might work better. I'm also not keen on seeing the top button on the jacket buttoned. I think the hard 3 doesn't flatter you.

O/O, Banis & Spoo: :) to your shoe choices. I am waiting for a pair of chocolate suede captoes to arrive.

Next time that I wear this jacket, I will try it with medium grey trousers. I cannot disagree with your observation that high-gore 3 button jackets are less flattering to me than 2-button or 3 to 2, but the jacket was bought OTR and on sale, so I took the bad (3-button) with the good (the color, the fabric, and the side vents).

Overall I like this very much, but I think a bit too much red on the lower half. Maybe something in a light brown for a shoe instead?

Rightly deserving a requote. This is one of your finest looks. While not a fan of the top button being fastened, it looks OK. Nothing wrong with the darker trousers. All in all, very natty.

I was just thinking about you actually. Come back to the wine thread.

Respectfully disagree. I think the wine-colored slacks look very nice here. It's the red PS that's not working, in my opinion.

This is great! I actually like how the whole bottom half is monochromatic, but the textures are all different. The fit of the trousers are also perfect. Is your top button on your shirt buttoned? Something a little weird is going on there.
