Gents, all photos can not be an ESPN highlight. When Mrs Fred takes a photo, its one take. The shoot is over no questions and no reshoot.

Mrs. Fred sounds strict! Does this stern treatment extend to the bedroom? Has she a riding crop? :D

    Steedy -
Personally I don't like this tie, but I almost never like geometric ties, so take that for whatever it's worth. However even if you do wear this tie, I don't think you should wear it with this shirt. Try instead with a light blue OCBD, or maybe a tattersall with a larger scale check than the one you have, if you're feeling more adventurous. But generally, as you are a self-described n00b, start simpler with one or two patterns and just focusing on fit, textures, and colors, before you start putting together fits with 4 patterns in them.

Are you doing the Salsa here, Fred, or the Vox Half-Step?

Those were Ferragamos, from their Tramezza range.

In retrospect, today's choice of square was a mistake. I give short shrift to any who argue against the tie, however. [IMG]

If memory serves... I am walking out of the room as I was late. Not trying to do a Vox, but he would be a solid choice to imitate.

Seems like the collar of the shirt and the collar of the jacket aren't exactly working together right...since you have directed me not to discuss the tie, I will not :)
