    Hey guys,

my 2nd post here. Two days ago I bought a new suit, it is actually my first one. The color is dark navy. Could you please comment on the fit? I am thinking about having the pants slightly tapered from the knee down. Thanks!

I think tapering would help, could you try them on with shoes? The coat does not look super flattering form the side, and the shoulders look too wide.

Handsome suit, Johny. I agree with Achiles on the side view, and it may be too big in the shoulders as he said- you can see extra material bunching under your your shoulders in the back. The jacket looks a bit long. The break on the pants looks good, but it is hard to tell for length/break without shoes.

You think? I think it would look greater with a tie and use the scarf with some coat instead.

^maybe I should invest in a good pre tied clip on or straighten my tie prior to having my picture taken?

I think Drakes is having a sale! I'm sure they'd convert anything in their current stock to clip on for you! :D

Thank you guys for the comments. I am aware of the sleeve wrinkles from the side - I will ask my tailor if it can be fixed. And regarding the width of the shoulders - I have had this problem with every suit I have tried so far. I think that it fits me well in the shoulders (I tried one size smaller and it was too tight and it was bunching on the top of the shoulders), but I have really small back, so there is not enough "material" to fill the suit under the shoulders. But I try not to go too crazy about the alterations, because I am 20 years old and I am still gaining weight, so if I had it altered to fit me closely, it would be probably too small in a year or two. I just hope that the overall fit is ok and that I will look good compared to my friends :) And I will try it on with the shoes and post the pictures. Thanks again for your advice, I appreciate it.
