It's Good Friday, a holiday in the financial markets, though not in banking, so I have to work, but the canyons of lower Manhattan will be empty of workers - though full of Euro-toting tourists going to Century 21, looking for bargains (FYI, Century 21, for you non-New Yorkers, is a discount department store, not a real estate brokerage.)

As it's close to Easter, my color scheme for the day has been derived from Easter eggs, it seems, and my fit, which looks much better in real life, looks lumpy in the photos. Arghhhhh.

FWIW, and have at it then . . .

Manton would never wear a wingtip monk.

Please don't tell me SF's taking it to THAT level now. I'd prefer not to see the meat circle that immediately followed. [IMG]

I don't think I've ever seen Spoo wear double monks... unless they're new, which is possible. If I had to guess, I'd say Spoo is on the left in the black wingtip, NYR is at the bottom in the longwing, I've seen Crusty wear double monks like that and they're all in new york, so I'll throw him as the top. Which leaves me stumped on the right.

Crusty is not there, but I am. The mystery shoe is from someone before your time here....and who needs to start posting again.

It was an awesome time. I am currently pacing around my hotel room and praying to any deity that may grant me relief from my hangover before I have to get on a plane in 3 hours, [IMG]

    Can't wait to come back!

I'd switch out the monks; I think Crusty is in the brown monks on the right, and the top shoe's a mystery.
    (Unless it's Spoo, LOL.)

Sorry gents, I was not a part of that particular gathering, though I was actually dressed well enough yesterday to have held my own in that company (at least in my own mind). There would have been a pair of C & J Edgwares in black in that circle had I been there.

However, from the reactions of at least two of the participants, I am happy to have a clear head this morning - no hangover for me (at least yet - the weekend approaches . . . ).
