1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I think I'll be in the minority here, especially since I mostly post on the other side of the forum, but I think if you're wearing jeans a tie seems so superfluous. Not that it can't be done, but just like a scarf without a jacket it's very hard to overcome the appearance of what the tie is - an affected accessory.

I must say, though I wear bows frequently, that it looks out of place here.
I would wear a tie here + a PS. A plain wool tie would look great.

Wish this v-neck had a slightly deeper neckline; it often causes me to skip a tie when wearing it. But today felt like a tie day anyway:

It looks good but I know the feeling. The v-neck I am wearing today has the same issue...

    I really like your SC.

colors and patterns are awesome...but im not feeling the vneck WITH the tie. and the SC to me looks a little too long. but thats just a matter of personal preference i think.

If any of you guys recognize the the tie in the second fit, it's because I nicked it out of the Euro tie box.

Edit. Admittedly I went a bit crazy with the shoe shine on my cap toes.

I really like this fit a lot. The color coordination is really good for so many components. Sharp as hell.

I like. Admittedly, Im not 100% in love with how shoulders appear to be sitting (impossible to tell for sure, though) but I do suspect that the chest fits better than some of your older suits. Again, difficult to be sure w/out a shot with the buttons done up (yeah, yeah, I know, you're wearing a waistcoat so that's why we don't have one), but I do believe the lapels will sit more comfortably across your chest in this suit. That will add a lot to its overall look; good move.
