Love the socks and shirt matching! Also, is this someone else's photography, or did you just use a tripod for the first two? I love how you combined sartorial and gourmet images, as it makes this more interesting. What kind of drink is that?

I might have to try this myself, as photography and espresso are hobbies of mine.

I think a lighter blue shirt would be better, possible a bengal stripe.

wore my red burberry tie to my cousin's wedding today
it's a great tie... but a little too bold and overpowering
should have worn a plain white or blue shirt here, i think
    charcoal suit
    black captoe with medallion broguing

and yes, i am slowly replacing my shirts for more spread collars
    (such as this one)
but it's difficult to just overhaul my entire wardrobe in one fell swoop

Those (Brooks Bros?) socks are wild--in a good way. But, it is the hot chocolate with marshmallows that gets my attention.

Thanks, guys. I use a tripod and timer for my shots. The drink is just old-fashioned hot chocolate with marshmallows. Good eye on the socks: Brooks Bros. I thought the orange would make a pleasing contrast with the purple tie; glad someone else agrees. :)

What's going on with your collar there? You need some serious intervention with an iron, starch, collar bones or maybe even all three.

I forgot the collar bones today. Had to rush :) Not an excuse. Just an explanation. Starch might also be a good idea. The shirt is 12 years old and has seen alot of use as you can see here. It goes well with the also well used Barbour and wool...
