    - Your pants are long, need to be hemmed or cuffed. Don't taper them, you will look even skinnier.
    - Your jacket also appears to be long (though maybe due to the camera angle).
    - One thing with having jacket taken in is that the shoulder still stays the same, and thus still look big (even when the chest area fits fine).

    Really like the combo.
The earnest expression seems a bit overdone, however.

    Kudos. Excellent clothing.

That latte you posted: did you make it yourself? Espresso is a big hobby for me, and I really like that pumpkin face you poured.

:embar: These were actually the best of the worst. The rest looked like I was constipated or Jack Bauer. I now understand the Vox dot.

It's not the material, it's the cut. Those looked like a 5 pocket jean cut, with a jean hem, and I was thinking that even regular trouser-cut khakis would work better.

The "meaty thighs" was a riff on an ancient styleforvm meme, you might not have been around for the first round of that one

    Cuff links look interesting.

The buckle on that is huge. Mayflower pilgrim huge. Otherwise I think the outfit looks fine; don't see what other people are talking about.

Very clean, tasteful appearance. Others have made good suggestions regarding the trousers. I would add that laced shoes would look more appropriate. And, shoes with a spit shine. Nice links! The linen pocket square adds class.

You're dead on about the cut; they are rather jeans-y. I have a more classic pair of khakis that I've worn before that look better.

 double monks are on order. Buckles are less pilgrim, more BDSM.
