I'm trying out something new: Contrast sleeves. What do ya'll think? :hide:

    Yes, hair. Yes, beard. GTFO.

After the last fitting there was a lot of slimming, trimming, and fitting. The arm holes were raised quite a bit and the sleeves will require being recut. This allowed the jacket to be fitted and make sure that everything was good before the sleves are done so that they are taken care of.

Ah, it's been too long. Going to get out a bunch of pics at once.

Just bought a DSLR yesterday, so let's see if I get around to posting more going forward (and hell of a lot better than crappy iPhone camera pics).

Robert Talbott shirt, Mr. K flower, D&G jacket
    [IMG]

Sartorio jacket, Finamore shirt, Robert Talbott square
    [IMG]

    Bespoke pants, Pal Zileri shoes
    [IMG]

And a couple of my new favorite things - cashmere chesterfield coat conceived by yours truly; RLPL monks by G&G
    * Pants aren't as short as they appear - just bunched up thanks to the OTC socks.

Marinella tie, bespoke orphaned jacket and pants

TM Lewin shirt, Pierre Cardin shirt, Marinella PS
    [IMG]

D&G jacket, bespoke shirt, Barker shoes, RLBL pants

    Bonus!

Anybody remember the jumping WAYWRN pics from a while back?

Turns out it wasn't a SF construct but apparently is a time-honored tradition among the iGentry.

    True story.

today was an extra long and busy day
managed one picture at my desk before leaving the office
shirt is white (bb egyptian cotton non-iron) although picture makes it look like it's got some color in it

i like the herringbone pattern on this tie but it's too skinny... even with a double FIH, the knot never ties very well and the dimple does not like to extend much beyond the knotted point
will probably throw it up on the B&S and try to get a better one

This is really really good... the only thing I am not so sure is how tapered your pants are... I guess it's just a matter of personal taste...

Too flashy overall. Now I know who buys yellow(ish) jackets, etc.
Otherwise, the clothes are cut well and seem to fit.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that I don't like any of harry2quinn's outfits.

The orphaned suit jacket should be orphaned again. Striped odd jackets look silly. Striped odd pants look silly too. The pants are too tapered.

I'd start with a single good jacket, like a navy blazer. Get that before you go thrifting for other odd jackets.
