Indeed - there are few sartorial problems mid grey flannel does not solve.
except for getting sweaty balls because it's too warm to wear them in los angeles
if sweaty balls were my only sartorial probelm, I'd be Miles Davis.
For me it's the color combination that's the killer here. The vest makes the khakis look pink and the khaki's make the vest look sickly yellow.
I know the PS is too matchy....oh well....hindsight ya know.
ok.. i need to diversify my wardrobe
even though i'm wearing a different suit, shirt, and shoes... it pretty much looks like the same outfit i last posted
can't wait to pick up my gray glen plaid suit from the tailor
^ Maybe getting some greys in your wardrobe.
I felt too patterny today, so I just skipped the pics altogether. Paisley was involved though.
Too matchy, too much PS, and the SC looks like you stole it from your little brother (too short, high buttoning point, sleeves...). Does that even cover your ass, D?
EDIT: I do like the shirt collar shape, though.
yeah the PS was sticking out way too much in the pic...and yeah, too close to the tie no doubt. the coat actually does cover my pooper. the pants are quite a low rise though, so maybe that makes it look shorter....who knows. Its from a pre sf suit i snagged at H&M. i wear it every once in awhile for lack of anything else.
And thanks on the collar...its an old jantzen shirt.
Suit & shirt: custom
PS: Wilhelm Jungmann und Neffe
Scarf & umbrella: Howard Yount
That knot is fucking huuuuuuggggeee !!!!! not good at all...
Also the angle of those pics...
you need to tie your necktie differently with the wider part a whole lot shorter....
