1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

You are free to quote my photo in SW & D, though I can hardly see myself as wearing "street wear and denim". (The other acronyms were for AskAndyAboutClothes.com, and Film Noir Buff.)

The suit fabric is a super120's wool, allegedly with some resistance to being misshapen by water (the brand name is "Aquarret").

Yep, definitely agreed. I like his posts too. They are a youthful & fun interpretation, which is a refreshing change from those of us with a somewhat stodgier style. It's good to have a mix of styles to browse through; makes the thread a lot more enjoyable to read.

Having a very similar/same shirt, I'm going to add this to my list of ideas of what to pair with it. The navy tie works well with it IMO.

I like the splash of green from the cardigan. Probably didn't need a pocket square as well, perhaps. The stag's head is fun; we used to have a real - if slightly moth-eaten - one in the house at school. IIRC, it fell off at one point, having been used to do double-duty as a coat-hook. I hear they've since restored it to a better condition and mounted it somewhere higher and out of the way.

Sunny morning... green sweater pairing for this trouser colour stolen shamelessly from NYR's version a few days ago.

Another +1. There used to be a few more posters who did things their own way to great effect. EFV still does. I miss Barims in particular, and TTO doesn't post enough for my liking - though I am sure they both have better things to do.

This one's a miss. The teal in the sweater really throws the whole thing off. Would have looked sharp without that.

I'll say what we are all thinking yet again, Ace. She looks expensive.

The more important question for this forum then is "do I look like I can afford it?"

Interesting you should look so sullen when surrounded by all those fantastic busts...

Well - if we must speak about your fit. I think your tie should have been stronger/brighter or your shirt white. It's all fine but a little bit too receding for the company you keep.
