Also take up smoking and drinking, sleep less and have lots of sex. And no cheesecakes.
That just ended up with way too much of my early-mid twenties which I couldn't remember.
od/ot, I normally like your style and your colour/texture choices, even though the cut you favour is very different from what I like. However this tie and shirt do not work together IMHO. They are too close in colour and therefore fighting. Not sure whether as a result the PS also starts to clash too...
Too much cheesecake?
Spoiler: Warning: Spoiler!
This looks great ! Some of the nicest stuff coming out of Naples.
A lot of great looks...but I am not fond of a button-down with a slick, multi-stripe with peak lapels. Just a thought...and please don't feel too bad about seriously disappointing me...
in a perfect world i wouldnt be either...but im so tired of wearing the same jackets...found this and noticed the burgundy stripe...and my burgundy tie...said Eff it...better than the same coat i wear at least 1 or 2 times a week
but logically, looking back, i agree 100%. peak lapels and button down collars arent a good mix.
I think i took the waist in a bit too much on the dolce & banana jacket. Chest feels good, and the arms are really slim, which i like. I shouldve kept it as is, but had my tailor take in the waist a bit more. when i bought it a few years ago, i wore it with a white v neck t shirt an chucks I probably would do well to have it let back out a quarter of an inch.
I really like the suit though...it is a suit, right? And not an odd jacket? What is the make in any case?
Nah, you looked just fine. You don't always have to be SF-approved. The fit is great, I'm sure it looked marvelous in real life.
pretty boring stuff today
purple tie with dots
white linen ps
i noticed the high buttoning point, the sleeves not so much.
might be not noticeable in real life.
This is matchy-matchy and inelegant, but I like it. The two patterns in the same color and different scales create a moire look that I really dig. (I don't like the square, but that's more of an issue of the sheen than the color. Red-edged white linen maybe?)
Samuelsohn dark blue wool pinstripe suit/Land's End Button-down shirt/AE Cliftons/AE belt/Metropolitan Museum of Art tie. Critiques welcome.
